Grade II Listed Victorian Townhouse, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 (SL367

There are seven ensuite bedrooms across the top two floor floors of the house, these are available for shoot and stay.

Enter via the dusky marble hall, below beautiful hand painted plasterwork in pastel shades, and a stunning pink chandelier. Go through the looking glass and find yourself in

Wonderland, our triple-aspect grand ballroom. The natural light in Wonderland is enhanced by two spectacular chandeliers and a wall of panelled antique mirrors running the length of

the room. Outside on the original stone terrace, from amongst old olive trees you have a view of the Royal Pier. If you venture back into the hall and up the grand winding staircase, there

are three further reception rooms. Reverie is an intimate dining room with an oval dining table that can seat up to 12, beautiful cabinetry and an antique French mirror above an open

fireplace. Glide from Reverie into Whirligig’s chic bar area, with comfy emerald green banquette seating. Head through to Graces, another magnificent reception room. Elegant,

airy and fantastically light, Graces has three huge floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful muted Heron mural adorns one wall and giant Alocasia plants flank an original open fireplace.

Accessible through both Whirligig and Graces there is a large balcony with outdoor seating and views of the Solent. Downstairs in the fluoro basement you will find our party room,

which is decked out with neon lights and a monochrome graffitied ceiling. There is also a fully equipped domestic kitchen and a commercial kitchen.

  • There are metered parking bays on Bugle St and cheaper long stay car parking opposite the house on seafront, The Mayflower Car Park (height restrictions here so not suitable for anything bigger than a transit). For unloading equipment, we suggest double parking opposite front doors before parking in one of the bays/car parks.

  • Southampton station (1.1mi)
